Blue Ridge Investment Group, LLC is a family-owned company founded by three siblings—two brothers and a sister—who grew up in Greenville, South Carolina. As children, we experienced the fear of near-homelessness when our mother, a teacher, struggled to find steady work. A compassionate real estate investor and builder stepped in, providing our family with an affordable home and showing us the life-changing impact of safe, stable housing. That experience shaped our mission.

Today, we serve the Western Carolinas by rehabilitating distressed homes and constructing new, affordable housing. We dedicate a portion of our properties to disabled veterans in honor of a cousin who endured decades of pain and surgeries from his service before losing his battle to addiction.

Unlike traditional developers, our mission is deeply personal. We know what it means to live on the edge and how transformative a secure home can be. That’s why we are committed to turning neglected properties and empty lots into homes that families and veterans can live in, enjoy, and build their lives around—restoring not just houses, but hope and community.
